Our team of qualified veterinarians is available to provide a holistic evaluation of findings, answer your questions, provide medical advice and help you treat illnesses. The video consultation allows us to see your pet, ask you specific questions and make assessments of its condition. We can also provide guidance on administering medication or performing simple examinations. In addition, we offer you the option of an emergency consultation outside of regular opening hours. We know that emergencies cannot wait and that is why we are here to help you in urgent situations.

We offer regular, well-founded medical support and medical advice. Our strengths are analysis of findings and second veterinary opinions, whether CT scans, X-rays, blood tests, internal medicine issues, ultrasound results, a problem in the field of dermatology, dentistry and ophthalmology or surgery/wound management. Our services include therapy support, general health advice for pets, nutritional advice and diet plans for pets, vaccination recommendations and questions, first aid and emergency care for pets, weight management and fitness programs for pets, advice on parasite control (e.g. flea and tick prevention), information on castration or sterilization of pets, advice on choosing the right food for pets, tips on dental and oral hygiene for pets, advice on preparing for travel with pets.
