Uveitis

Inflammation of the uvea, the middle layer of the eye that includes the iris, ciliary body, and choroid. In animals such as dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, uveitis can lead to pain, redness, clouding of the eye, and loss of vision. Causes include infections, injuries, or autoimmune processes.
